We have reserved rooms for our
events!
Rooms have been blocked off at the Courtyard
Research Triangle Park Hotel for Thursday May
20, 2004, Friday May 21, 2004 and also for Saturday,
May 22, 2004. The rooms will be held until Friday
May 7, 2004 so make sure to book them far in advance,
as the Triangle Area is a very popular place! After
May 7, 2004, they cannot guarantee room availability,
room types or rates. All rooms not reserved and guaranteed
by that date will be released for general sale.
Description of rooms
All rooms feature a King sized bed or 2 Doubles.
The rooms are conveniently equipped with a coffee
maker, iron, ironing board and hairdryer (fridge
and microwave are available on a first-come-first-serve
basis). The nightly room rate is $54.00 for Thursday,
Friday and Saturday night, plus 13% sales tax.
Reservations for a one night stay on Saturday will
be honored. A breakfast
buffet is served daily at an additional $7.95 per
person.
The Courtyard also offers a swimming
pool (it's May in North Carolina, so bring your suit!),
sport court (basketball), fitness center, complimentary
in-room high-speed internet access and a business
center. There are several restaurants in the area
and you're only a few miles from the airport.
Reservations
The rooms are currently reserved under the name of
Covington/Gordon wedding. Please refer to this
party when making reservations so that you will
be properly placed. When you call in for your
reservations, you will be requested to guarantee
the first night's room and tax on a credit card.
Please note that cancellations must be made by
6pm on the day of your scheduled arrival. They
will send a written confirmation with appropriate
driving directions to each guest. Check-in is 3pm
and checkout is noon.

to arrive prior to Thursday or stay later than
Sunday, please make your reservation through
Kim Bartlett at 919-571-5335 directly to see
if she can get you the room-block-rate for your
entire stay!
We have not booked any rooms at any
other hotels, but you are welcome to stay wherever
you wish. If you're not from the Triangle Area, please
remember that the wedding, reception and airport
are in Durham (so staying in Raleigh or Chapel Hill
will add time to any driving).
